AR’s Bourbon Barrel Aged Hot Southern Honey
The world’s first-ever spicy honey aged in repurposed bourbon barrels. Starting with a blend of sweet clover and wildflower honeys and extra-spicy habanero peppers, this honey spends three months aging in charred white oak bourbon barrels. The final product imbues AR’s hallmark sweet and hot honey with dreamy, decadent notes of bourbon, caramel, chocolate, and vanilla.
Where It's Made
Ames Farms' beehives have been producing single source raw honey for their delicious honey products since 1994. They have 450 bee hives in 20 bee yards spread over central and southern Minnesota.
